Volkswagen Order Tracking
People tend to phone their retailer up rather a lot while they are awaiting delivery of a new Volkswagen. As part of an effort to bridge the brand experience between purchase and delivery and -- not least -- to make retailers' lives easier, Volkswagen commissioned a new order tracking function to live on their website. We had a range of five status codes that we turned into more user-friendly copy.
We also proposed that time-appropriate copy and assets would be presented at each stage in the process, ideally to be replaced with reassuring copy and contact details if a stage were to last longer than normal.
